Where can I track my order?

Order details will be sent to the email address you used for the order. Alternatively, you can contact us at amblestore.co@gmail.com and we will try our best to provide the latest tracking updates.

Can I change/cancel my order?

If we have just received your order, it is highly likely that we can amend your order as per your requests. However, if it has been processed and shipped, we wouldn’t be able to change anything. Should you need to return the order, please visit our Returns page.

Can you confirm my size?

Please visit our Size Guide page before you make an order. This page will provide with all the sizing measurements you need. If you are still unsure, please drop us a message at amblestore.co@gmail.com and we will help you. Should you need to swap sizes, the process is outlined in our Returns & Exchanges page.

How can I be an ambassador?

We’re always on the lookout for pups that love our brand as much as we do! We will post any information about our Ambassadors Search on our Instagram page. So, make sure to keep an eye on it!

What if I receive a faulty item?

We will review the conditions of all items before sending them out to you. However, should you receive any faulty item, please email us at amblestore.co@gmail.com within 5 working days of your order arrival. Please also send through full details and pictures of the faulty items to help speed up the process. We do not accept any faulty return requests should item be damaged from the following:

  • Damage caused by chewing
  • Damage caused by cleaning, alteration or modifications
  • Damage caused by excessive exposure to water (especially sea water)
  • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear (e.g. fading of colours, tarnishing and mild fraying)

What if there is a stock mix up?

This will be a very rare occurrence, but should it happen we will be offering you full return / store credits.

Do you offer wholesale?

How do I clean my products?

We have specifically chosen delicate materials for the comfort of your pups. We don’t recommend frequent machine washing as this may damage the hardware of your products.

Please follow these steps to clean your products:

  1. Inspect your items and should there be any excessive dirt, use a warm damp cloth to wipe off the dirt.
  2. Fill your sink with cold water and add a bit of dog shampoo.
  3. Place your items in the water and let it soak for the next 10-20 minutes. Once done, give the items a good soaking (you can even use a brush gently on them).
  4. Thoroughly rinse the items under water to wash out any soap.
  5. Use a piece of cloth/towel to soak in any excess water.
  6. Hang the items or lay them flat to dry naturally.
