Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love our products as much as we do! If you change your mind and would like to refund/exchange the order, please email us at amblestore.co@gmail.com with the following information:

• Name of Item(s) to be refunded
• Your full name and contact number
• Order number
• Reason of Refund/Exchange 

We will agree to refund the item(s) under the following conditions:

• Item is in original condition and have not been worn, altered or washed.
• Refund email request is sent through to us within 5 working days of your order arrival, and item is shipped within 5 working days of receiving the Returns Address from us. 
• All additional shipping costs for the return process will be paid by the Customer (unless item to be refunded is faulty/incorrect)
• Sale items are not eligible for Returns

Upon receipt of item(s), we will undergo a quality inspection and initiate a refund/exchange based on the inspection outcome. We will notify the outcome within 5 working days of receiving the item back from you.
